By accessing or using the BTBIZ platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including organization administrators, agents, and viewers.
BTBIZ is a multi-tenant WhatsApp Business messaging platform that allows businesses to manage WhatsApp Business Accounts, send templated campaigns, and handle customer conversations via the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Use of BTBIZ is subject to these Terms as well as Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and applicable Meta policies.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all messages sent through BTBIZ comply with applicable laws (including anti-spam and data protection laws) and Meta's policies. You must obtain valid opt-in consent from recipients before sending marketing messages. BTBIZ bears no liability for messages you send or for any regulatory or Meta policy violations arising from your use of the Service.
The BTBIZ platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and content, is owned by BTBIZ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform without our prior written consent.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BTBIZ and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BTBIZ and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights including Meta's policies.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we determine is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability and indemnification) shall remain in effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
